JOBLESS and OVER QUALIFIED

Don't you hate it when looking for a job that you're either under qualified or over qualified? How is it possible that a person can be over qualified? Doesn't that mean that they qualify for the minimum creditials? This is very annoying for me, and I suppose everybody that is out of a job. Now this is a good one. Can anyone in this country explain this to me? How is that the news keeps advertising we are coming out of a recession, I don't see it. Last year this time we were headed into an economic downfall but we able workers were not over qualified then and now we are? SOMEBODY'S LYING.
